How does the after-sales service at SERICA work?

At SERICA, we are committed to developing reliable and durable timepieces, and to supporting you throughout the life of our creations.

To achieve this, we provide servicing for your watch directly at our Parisian workshop or through a network of certified partners around the world.

The steps involved in a SERICA service are straightforward.

Whether you visit our boutique or contact us through our dedicated form, an initial diagnosis by a watchmaker will be necessary before any intervention. Your watch will then be carefully examined by a watchmaker who will assess the necessary repairs and provide a quote if it falls outside the warranty.

Once accepted, the service can commence.

Following any intervention, our watchmakers or partners will conduct a series of tests for at least twenty-four hours to ensure the proper functioning of the movement over time.

The water resistance of your watch will also be checked using a specific pressure test, and a report will be provided.

Upon completion of the service, you will receive a specific notification indicating that your watch is ready for shipping or pickup from where you originally left it.
