The tests to certify a chronometer movement are carried out under specific conditions defined by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute, detailed here: https://www.cosc.swiss/notre-certification/methodes-de-mesure.
Unless you have professional equipment at least equivalent to that of COSC and can exactly replicate these static tests performed in the laboratory on a non-cased movement, it is not possible to repeat the controls validated by this certified body.
